To have an opportunity to relax with Dutch and Japanese researchers, we plan to have the welcome reception at the conference venue. We plan to provide light meal and drink.
We plan to do Japanese sweets making as excursion. It’s from 3pm to 4:15pm, so we aim to leave the conference venue around 2:30pm. We rent a shuttle bus to go there.
We have a dinner at the Japanese restaurant operated by Kizakura (黄桜), which is Japanese sake brewery in Kyoto. Enjoy a good combination of sake and dishes 🙂
