Participants can register for the reception when completing their conference registration. Please note that attendance is limited due to venue capacity.

Join fellow conference participants for the conference dinner on Thursday, 5 November. The dinner provides an excellent opportunity to continue discussions, make new connections, and strengthen professional relationships in a relaxed and informal setting.

Participants can register for the conference dinner when completing their conference registration. Further details about the venue will be shared closer to the conference.

For participants with a passion for heavy metal, one of the conference organisers, Marianne, will be happy to coordinate informal concert outings around the conference.

On Friday, 30 October, participants are welcome to join Marianne for a concert featuring internationally renowned metal bands Dimmu Borgir and Behemoth:
