Registration for NWB'2026 is now open!
We are pleased to welcome participants to NWB 2026. The participant fee for NWB’2026 is 2250 DKK (~300 EUR).
Please note that the registration platform, Billetto, is available in Danish only and includes some standard fields that may require additional attention during registration. To assist you, we have prepared a short guide explaining how to navigate the registration process. Please read the guide before starting your registration.

Please note that cancellations and refunds are not possible after payment has been made. However, you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place.

Guide for registration
We are using a Danish commercial ticking vendor for the registration [Billetto]. It does not have an interface in English. Please complete the following steps – moving through the process using the Next [Næste] button:
Step 1: Click ‘Find billetter’
Step 2: Set the number of tickets to 1 using the +/- buttons
Step 3: Add your name, email, telephone number, country and post code
Do not tick ‘Jeg køber som en virksomhed’
Untick the two options to receive email and SMS advertising
Step 5: Select if you wish to take part in the Welcome Reception (limited number of seats, first-come-first-serve) and/or the Conference dinner (room for everybody)
Indicate any dietary requirements
Check your name
Step 6: Select No [Nej] to the three additional services (ticket by SMS, insurance, SMS reminders)
Step 7: Select between Google Pay or Pay by credit card [Betal med kort]; click [Køb nu]. The system accepts VISA or Mastecard.
Step 8: Follow the payment instructions
