Panel

The panel will bring experts from five Nordic countries to discuss academic recruitment and promotion from the perspective of responsible research assessment: recognition of diverse contributions and careers, use of bibliometrics and proxies, challenges of documentation and evidence. Panel also reflects on the recent development of Career-Assessment Matrices (CAM) as frameworks and tools to support responsible researcher assessment.
