Requirements

14-Hour Certificate Requirements:

• Complete 14-Hour Pre-Licensing Program.

• Complete and pass session quiz for each of 4 sessions.

• Complete and pass the Final Test with a score of at least 75%.

License Requirements:

• 14-Hours of Pre-Licensing Education and a Completion Certificate from an certified program.

• Pass the Nevada Timeshare Sales Agent Licensing Exam (administered by Pearson Vue)

• Finger prints from an approved agency in Nevada (receipt for digital fingerprinting).

State Licensing Exam Scheduling

• Go to www.red.nv.gov/content/licensing/testing/

• Register with Real Estate Division

• Obtain Authorization to Test email with instructions

• Schedule your exam with Pearson VUE

Once you obtain the items above, you will meet with your Project Broker (or representative), and complete the following:

• Nevada Real Estate Division Timeshare Sales Agent License Application (Form 519)

• Background Check (appropriate form signed by Project Broker).

• Statement of Developer certifying background check and the Developer/Broker/Sales Agent relationship.

• All Forms listed above (your resort should assist you to ensure you have the correct documents)

• $215 license fee paid to the Real Estate Division.
