Jim is a certified instructor by the Nevada Real Estate Division and has been facilitating the TSA Workshop since 2017. He has helped over 2000 candidates successfully complete their preparation for Agent licensing.
Jim's professional career spans over 50 years beginning with 20 years with IBM, 10 years with Sun Microsystems, and [then] his own company. He is a certified professional executive coach, writer, group facilitator, and a Certified Hypnotherapist. Jim is a 6 year veteran of the US Air Force and considers himself a proud American patriot. He is now semi-retired and travels at every opportunity.
