PLEASE READ THE VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW!

STAGE TIMES - all at SSHS theatre

Stage time is when the choreographer can work on spacing ON THE STAGE with the dancers.

• Stage Times are scheduled for Sunday, Dec 12 and Monday, Dec 13. It is VERY important that we have all dancers (No GINGERS, No SHEEP) during their scheduled stage times. PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 minutes before your routine's scheduled timeslot. If you are dancing on pointe, please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to warm up properly.

• NO COSTUMES - but please wear BLACK rehearsal attire + required shoes

DRESS REHEARSALS - all at SSHS theatre

Dress rehearsals are the practice times not only for dancers to dance in costume, but it is also practice for our crew to make sure music and lights are all correct!

• Call Time is the time your dancer will be expected to be IN THE BUILDING, checking in at the attendance table.

• Warm-Ups will be required for all dancers Levels 1 and up. It will begin after announcements. Levels 1-6 will warm up in a POD, while Levels 7/8 and Teen will warm up in the Hallway behind the theatre.

• ALL DRESS REHEARSALS AND STAGE TIMES ARE CLOSED TO ALL AUDIENCE MEMBERS (UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED)

• Everyone must stay through the entire length of the show to practice the BOW at the end of each rehearsal. Exception: Cavalry may be excused once they are finished (if that is their ONLY routine (so approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour after the start time of the rehearsal)

SHEEP!

Sheep DO NOT come to the theatre until THURSDAY DECEMBER 16th! Please check the schedule for exact "CALL TIME" for Thursday - Saturday. They will have time to practice going on stage before they perform! If your little one will not be participating in ALL of the shows for any reason, please email Renee@elevationdancestudio.com

CAVALRY!

• ALL Cavalry dancers have a scheduled stage time with the Soldiers and Mice on MONDAY Dec 13th from 4pm-5:15pm. We would like to request that parents of Cavalry STAY IN THEATRE - SEATED IN THE BACK during that stage time ONLY since it is quite a large group of children.

• Please make sure to double check not only the GROUP for each dress rehearsal and show, but also the CALL TIME is different for Cavalry than it is for other dancers.

• As stated above, Cavalry may leave at the end of their routine during the dress rehearsals ONLY if that is their last routine. (Pick up approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour after the start time of the rehearsals)

GINGERS!

• Gingers will have Stage Times BEFORE the dress rehearsals. Please refer to the schedule for which Group is reahearsing / performing on which day. ALSO please pay attention to the Call Times as they are different from other groups

• Gingers will stay through the end of the dress rehearsals to practice the bow
