Arrival and Pick Up

If at the last minute your dancer cannot make it to dress rehearsal or a performance, please send us a quick text at (970) 507-4495

GETTING HERE, PARKING AND DROP OFF

• ALL DANCERS AND PARENTS ENTERING THE BUILDING MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES

• Dancers ages 1st grade and up may be dropped off at front of the High School or can be walked in. There will be a staff member to take attendance and check-in each dancer. The dressing room is located downstairs "under" the theatre.

• Dancers who are in pre-K thru Kindergarden must enter the building with a parent to be checked in at the attendance table, which will be near the entrance to the main doors of the theatre. Gingers, Cavalary, and Sheep must be "checked out" after rehearsal or performance.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN

• Dancers should arrive with their Hair and Makeup READY! However, there will be some time for touch ups.

• Dancers will check in at the attendance table outside of main doors of the theatre.

• Dancers will proceed to their dressing rooms. They MUST place their personal belongings and costumes in their assigned dressing room. This also helps our staff to track down dancer in the room.

• Some dancers will be allowed to set up in the quick change area located closer to the stage

PICK - UP

• Gingers, Cavalry, Sheep must be checked out from the dressing room by a parent because they will likely need help gathering their belongings. Please limit to one female parent for girls dressing room or guardian only, no siblings.

• All other dancers, please gather all of your belongings from the dressing room. One female parent may enter the dressing room to help you gather your things. Please meet your family in the commons area after the show. You CANNOT leave anything at the high school Thursday or Friday evening. You may leave your costumes between shows on Saturday.
