Performances, Stage Times and Dress Rehearsals at Steamboat Springs High School Theatre
December 10th REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
All dancers will wear their costumes! Please DO NOT wear performance tights!
All costumes MUST be labeled with your dancer's name!
Please arrive in your FIRST routine costume and have hair performance ready.
VERY IMPORTANT!

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE TO YOUR REHEARSAL SCHEDULE FOR THIS WEEK. GROUP ABONLY WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL REHEARSAL AFTER THEIR NORMAL SCHEDULED REHEARSAL.
GROUP A CAN BE PICKED UP AFTER THEIR NORMAL REHEARSAL TIME, AS SHOWN BELOW.
YOU MUST COMPLETE THE TIGHTS FORM! PLEASE CHECK THE HAIR/SHOES/TIGHTS PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
THIS IS THE LAST REHEARSAL AT THE STUDIO!
ALL REHEARSALS AFTER FRIDAY DEC 10 WILL BE AT THE SSHS THEATRE
DEC 10th REHEARSAL SCHEDULE: (LEAD Cast)
4pm - Sheep: Pick up 4:30pm and THEN BRING BACK AT 6:45pm IN COSTUME - PICK UP at 7:15pm
4:30pm - Cavalry (Group A - Pick Up 5pm, Group B ONLY- Stay until 6:45pm - PLEASE SEND WITH WATER AND A SNACK ) + Soldiers and Mice (can stay, will have a 45 min break, see below)
5:05pm - Gingers (Group A - Pick Up at 5:35pm, Group B ONLY - Pick up at 5:35pm and BRING BACK at 7:15pm-8pm)
5:45pm CALL TIME
(FEMALE dancers will be able to use STUDIO B for all costume changes as soon as Gingers rehearsal concludes at 5:35pm. MALE dancers will use the downstairs dressing room)

REMINDERS...
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT arrive earlier than your call time. Those who arrive early will need to wait outside and will not be permitted into the studio until their call time. After they are checked in by a staff member, they may stay in the studio.
PLEASE communicate with your dancer that for their safety, upon arrival, they should plan to WAIT OUTSIDE at the front door of the studio until checked in by a staff member. They may be asked to wait in the car port after they are checked in. Running in and around the alley-way behind the studio is prohibited and dangerous. Also, please use quiet voices outside as we have many residents that live very close to the studio. Also, there may be idle time for some dancers while we run rehearsals so please send them with a quiet activity so they are not tempted to run around.
