Moments at NEUST, Gabaldon

We arrived in Manila on the morning of January 12, 2026, and were picked up at the airport by Ma'am Rosalie and Sir Loui, lecturers from the Neust Gabaldon campus.

Our first meal was the famous Jollibee chicken.

Hung out at Plaza and tried the Gabaldon street food.

Sir Jaypee, our tatay, cooked chicken adobo. It's a Filipino specialty that tastes like Indonesian soy-sauce chicken.

Went to Dupingan river with Sir Jaypee.

This was one of our must-have snacks every week, cha-cha milktea.

Dinner with Sir Franklin at Mang Teban Restaurant.

Traveled to Dingalan (the Pacific Ocean) with our buddies.

They cooked Sopas soup for us.

The Gulayan Festival in Gabaldon is a lively annual celebration of culture, agriculture, and community unity. 

The Gulayan Festival also marks the anniversary of the city of Gabaldon.

Gulayan Festival is usually held in January; the festival features a float parade, a street dance competition, and other events.
