Physical Therapy session attempted to progress towards STGs and LTGs established in POC. Patient declined full treatment session. Patient educate on the deficits present limiting functional mobility and ADL performance and the benefits of participating in Skilled PT treatment. Will continue to attempt to follow POC as allowed by patient cooperation.
