Nu-Look 1Hr Cleaners has grown from a single, small store to a chain recognized nationally and internationally for high standards, amazing quality and offering tremendous value to our customers. Some of our stores are largely unchanged from the early days of our company and are neighborhood fixtures. Our newer stores are larger and offer a greater selection of services, but we continue to respect the neighborhood to which we are moving and strive to become an integral part of the community. We like to think it isn't just the dry cleaning that makes Nu-Look 1Hr Cleaners a great experience, but the store itself is a part of the experience. The architecture, the location, and layout — every single store is unique. Most of our locations are leased, however; we do have some in which we own the real estate, and are always seeking more, in which we own the real estate.



If you have a retail location you think would make a good site for Nu-Look 1Hr Cleaners (either for lease or purchase), please review the following guidelines carefully for consideration:


  • 125,000 people or more in a 5-minute drive time

  • 1,400-4,000 Square Feet space

  • Large number of college-educated residents

  • Enough parking available for our exclusive use (2-10 spaces for customers)

  • Stand alone preferred, would consider complementary

  • Easy access from roadways, lighted intersection

  • Excellent visibility, directly off of the street

  • Must be located in a high traffic area (foot and/or vehicle)

  • Quality signage, easily visible to traffic
