Research Description
・Osmoregulation and Contractile Vacuole Function・Intracellular Digestion and Membrane Trafficking・Basic Cell Biology of Paramecium・Development of Teaching Materials for Science Education Our research mainly focuses on the basic cell biology of Paramecium, such as osmoregulation and intracellular digestion systems, and on the basic biology of plankton and the other invertebrates to develop the teaching aid for science education.
