The climax of the TEEP/IIPP internship and summer school program is the Research Showcase. This is your opportunity to share your findings, engage with diverse PIs, and celebrate your contribution to the scientific community.
All participants are required to design and print a professional research poster.
Technical Specifications:
Size: A0 Standard (841 mm × 1189 mm).
Orientation: Portrait (Vertical).
Format: High-resolution PDF (at least 300 DPI).
During the August Workshop Week, you will give a brief oral summary of your work.
Presentation Format
Duration: 10 Minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A.
Slide Count: Recommended 8–10 slides.
Free Printing: We will cover the cost of printing your final poster.
Submission Deadline: You must submit your final PDF no later than July 31, 2026.
Collection: Your printed poster will be delivered directly to the reception desk on the morning of the Poster Session (August 10)

To celebrate academic excellence and effective scientific communication, the 2026 NTNU Summer School will present awards to the most outstanding students in two categories. Winners will be announced during the Award Ceremony.
This award recognizes students who present their research with exceptional visual clarity and can engage in deep scientific discussion during the poster session.
Criteria: Visual design, clarity of data presentation, and the student's ability to answer technical questions from the judges.
Prize: Official Certificate of Excellence and a special souvenir.
This award is given to the students who demonstrate the best public speaking skills and the ability to summarize complex research within the strict 10-minute timeframe.
Criteria: Organization of slides, verbal communication, time management, and handling of the Q&A session.
Prize: Official Certificate of Excellence and a special souvenir.
