Tip: You can do this step at the same time you register for the summer school!
Once you have completed Step 1 (Internal Interest) and Step 2 (Portal Application), you must finalize your status to secure your spot in Taipei.
You must follow the specific workflow on the portal you chose. Your application is not "official" until the system generates an admission letter.
For TEEP Applicants: Monitor your email for a message from the TEEP system or your host PI.
Log in to the TEEP Portal to accept the offer once it is issued.
For IIPP Applicants: The IIPP system requires a "Matching Confirmation" between you and the PI.
Once the PI "claims" you in the system, you must log in to the IIPP Portal to click "Confirm" within the deadline (usually 1–2 weeks).
Mandatory: After you have received your official admission notice from TEEP or IIPP, talk to your local NTNU PI with his/her permission to submit the Final Arrival & Summer School Form.
This form is separate from the TEEP/IIPP portals. It is used by the NTNU Summer School Organizing Committee to arrange your Domitory, Workshop Week materials, and Welcome Dinner.
NTNU dormitory housing is only available during the summer break (June – mid-August). If your internship starts before June or extends past mid-August, you must discuss alternative housing arrangements with your host PI, as you will need to arrange off-campus stay yourself during those periods.
