Bio (簡介)

Chao-Yang Lee received a Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Computer and Communication Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, in June 2013. From August 2013 to December 2017, he used to work at Automotive Research & Testing Center, Changhua County, Taiwan, where he was responsible for DSRC communication, decision-making design, and control strategies for the connected & autonomous vehicle. Between September to November 2016, he was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

During 2018-2022, he is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Aeronautical Engineering & Graduate Institute of Aviation and Electronic Technology, National Formosa University, Taiwan. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. His main research interests include the internet of things, non-terrestrial networks, wireless communication, intelligent connected & autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, AI drone, and pattern recognition.
