Complimentary shuttle buses will be provided from Cherokee Casino Resort to the Ashville Regional Airport on Sunday, May 5th, Monday, May 6th, and Friday, May 10th.  

• Shuttles are complimentary, and are being provided courtesy of the East Band of Cherokee Indians' Cherokee Boys Club, for conference attendees and their guests.

• Shuttles will pick up passengers arriving at the Asheville/Henderson Airport outside of the baggage claim area, in the loading zone for Shuttles/Ground Transportation.

• Passengers are expected to arrive for shuttle at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time to ensure on-time arrival.

• Shuttles departing from the hotel are scheduled to allow for a minimum of 90 minutes lead time for arrival at Asheville/Henderson Airport (approx. one hour and 30-minute drive, plus loading/unloading). 

• Select the shuttle that works best for your timeframe and personal comfort.
