The New South Wales Police Force (NSWPF) has a wide range of professions and roles available so you can find the one that suits you the best!
All NSWPF Officers by default are placed into G.D. (General Duties) upon joining at the rank of Recruit. The General Duties makes up majority of the New South Wales Police Force, with over half of the force being in General Duties or a General Duties Division. The NSWPF is broken down into 3 Primary Divisions, 3 General Duties Divisions, 4 Certifications and 1 Invite Only Reserve Divisions.

Invite only Reserve Divisions:
Tactical Operations Unit (T.O.U.)
Once you reach the rank of Constable within the QPS, you will be able to achieve three out of the four Certifications. Once you reach the rank of Senior Constable, you will have the option to apply to one General Duties Division or Primary Division and complete the AR-15 Cert.
Invite only Reserve Divisions are open to all QPS members at any rank regardless of their division, it just depends on if you get invited/attend trials.
