PTO Request

Follow these steps to request PTO on QGenda

• if you are on a rotation that requires coverage, please indicate the person that will be covering you (see second video below)

• please note the National Holiday for Comp Days or your request will be denied

Follow these steps to:

1. indicate the resident that will be covering you when requesting PTO on a required rotation

2. When switching ANY CALL SHIFTS

• please note, the resident that you indicate is covering you needs to approve the request in their portal

• The chiefs WILL NOT approve any PTO or swap until the covering resident approves the request in their portal 

Submit PTO for conferences using QGenda IN ADDITION TO filling out the funding form in the 'Conference Funding' tab on this website
