Step 1: Fill out the following form as soon as you can before your conference
Step 2: Await for an approval email from the chiefs
Step 3: Submit a pre-approval request on Chrome River
ONLY DO THIS AFTER YOU GET AN APPROVAL EMAIL FROM THE CHIEFS. SUBMITTING THIS PREMATURELY WILL RESULT IN DELAY.
Click Create under the Pre-Approval Tab
Be sure to enter YOUR residency allocation which can be found in the table below
Find your resident allocation in this table
When entered, the status will show PENDING (yellow)
When approved by the PD, the status will show APPROVED (Green)
When associated with an expense report, the status will show USED (Red)
Step 4: After your conference, submit an expense report along with all your receipts
Click on 'Create' under the 'Expenses' tab
Be sure to link your approved pre-approval (yellow arrows) to the expense report in addition to all your receipts
Step 5: You will get an email when all the appropriate parties approve the expenses and the funds will be deposited automatically
