ALMS Cadet Leadership Staff

The Academy of Leadership and Military Science Experience Cadets are organized into a leadership structure that is modeled after a United States Navy command hierarchy.  Cadets are given true leadership responsibilities and the autonomy of developing and executing tasks normally performed by an instructor. Their level of proficiency and maturity is consistently lauded by program inspectors.
