It is with great pleasure and honor that I am, once again, standing on the summit amongst my peers. My journey in Naturally Plus has definitely seen its fair share of ups and downs as it is a fact that this is my third (and hopefully the last) time achieving summit membership. Next, I should and will be looking forward to achieving my CFC in the not too distant future! In our society, failure is often linked to weakness and shame, however, it is important that we break this taboo. There exists not one person in this world that is successful and yet never been through any forms of failure. The only ones that have never failed are the ones that never tried to achieve anything. Thus, it is not the failure that we should shun but how we deal with it. Take pride in the fact that you have failed because that just means that you were shooting for the stars but landed on the moon, yet still better than the ones that stayed put without any actions. The most crucial thing is, of course, the ability to learn, change and adapt with a humble heart and open mind, as well as to have a firm foundation that never falters which is brought about by having a team with good core values that constantly supports us. With that, we can stand back up stronger and taller than before! Thank you team RSS for always having my back! Due to the pandemic and the resulting MCO, this past year is without doubt one of the most difficult times in recent history and conducting NPMY business was most certainly adversely affected. Be it the inability to meet with people, the irresponsible conducts of a few bad apples, or the constant fear brought about by the uncertainties. Yet, there are still many success stories happening in NPMY which I will proudly contribute to us being involved with a company that always has its members’ best interests at heart, with an understanding boss and accommodating staff members that continuously break their backs to fulfill our requests to the best of their ability. Thank you NPMY for all that you have done! Last but not least, I would like to urge the others to join me in spirit, not to give up, stand back up and strive for your success! Trust the company and the system; trust your team and yourself. You can do it! See you at the top!
