Use water colour and lots of water to create a soft ground

Use transparent shapes and ink to print shapes. Refer to your compositional plans for placement.

1. Release your bird.

2. You can paint your bird using the media of your choice. 

• pencil

• charcoal/white paint/shellac

• watercolour

• other

OR

Use your etching and work watercolour back into it

using your selected pattern from home or school release or draw your pattern onto your work. 

You will use ink or pen to draw into this further.
