Welcome to **Now & Next**. We’re really glad you’re here.

As we move through the sessions, you will use your tailored Ebook (see below) and a Mindfulness Colouring Book as journey companions. In your colouring book, you can write notes, draw, colour, doodle, or mark ideas that stand out. Some people find it helps them think, reflect, or relax while we talk about different topics. There’s no right or wrong way to use it—just use it in a way that supports your learning and makes this time your own.

Below are some introductory videos situating our work within the Positive Psychology - or Wellbeing science - evidence based domain, a talk about the natural authority of families and a message from each of our co-founders: Dr. Annick Janson will explain more about the research that accompanies our program and Sylvana Mahmic will present our Child Voice model onto which our work is based: as parents our aim is to raise children to be as independent as possible so that their choice and control will be optimised to the level of their ability.
