Users are required to sign a Room Use and Expectations Request Form to reserve rooms. Room reservations will be confirmed once the signed form is received.
How the room reservation process works:
Contact the UW Extension-Sheboygan Office with your room reservation request.
Receive an email with the Room Use and Expectations Request form.
Read, sign, and date the form agreeing to the terms.
Email, mail, or drop off your signed form.
Once your signed form is received, your room will be officially reserved.
Users who don’t follow the agreed-upon use expectations will not be given future room reservations. The new room reservation process is to guarantee rooms are available upon arrival for our guests and staff that use the UW Extension-Sheboygan office conference rooms.
