The project will contribute to quality development in teacher education and training with a focus on teacher educators' Professional Digital Competence (PDC).
The project will contribute to quality development in teacher education and training with a focus on teacher educators' Professional Digital Competence (PDC).
We shall plan, implement and assess a PDC-model based on informal learning in the workplace, and develop a didactic-digital toolkit and a module-based online course to support PDC development and implementation of the model. The project will be documented and evaluated as five follow-up case studies, one in each partner institute.
