Business transactions have the option of invoices sent to the party responsible for payment.
We DO NOT operate on a delayed payment process. Thank you for understanding.

Business checks are accepted.
Additionally, PayPal invoices can be sent via email.
Other options available: digital payment (CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Apple Pay).
An invoice would be provided.
Does the notary provide change for cash payments?

No. For safety reasons, the notary does not carry cash or provide change for cash payment. Thank you for having exact change.
Can document(s) be emailed to notary to print and collect signature?

Yes! If item(s) for signature are emailed to notarypro210@gmail.com, they can be printed and delivered to the signer for signature.
Signer would need a valid photo I.D.
Originals can be mailed or left with signer
Signed document(s) can be scanned and emailed as a PDF
Itemized invoice can be sent via email or text to party responsible for payment
What other services can the mobile notary provide?
What other services can the mobile notary provide?
Printing, scanning, mailing, courier, delivery, and translation are other available services.
Translation are 100% human-created. Not Artificial Intelligence (AI)!
Can the notary make certified copies?
Can the notary make certified copies?
It depends on the document.
If possible, the original and copy will need to be presented to the notary for copy certification. The notary will stamp the copy to certify.
How is wait time billed?
How is wait time billed?
A notary appointment includes 15 minutes. Wait time is billed at $25 per 15 additional minutes. Thank you for your being prompt!

If someone with a valid ID can confirm the identity of the signer, we can notarize the document.
If there is no one with a valid ID to confirm the identity of the signer, we will be unable to notarize until a photo ID is available.

Yes; the notary will need to witness any signatures in person. All other information can be completed prior to the mobile notary appointment.

No, unfortunately we do not provide witnesses.

What if signers are at more than one location?
The notary can travel to multiple locations to notarize multiple signatures. Total price is based on total distance, time, signers, and stamps.

No, unfortunately we do not provide e-notarization or online notarization services.
