This depends on the total number of signers and stamps needed.
For one document with one signer, signing time usually takes less than 15 minutes. For multiple documents with multiple signers, the total time can vary.
Having document(s) and signer(s) ready before appointment time is recommended. Wait time can result in additional fees.
A notary appointment includes 15 minutes. Wait time is billed at $25 per 15 additional minutes. Thank you for being prompt!
Payment is due when services are rendered.
Business transactions have the option of the invoice sent to the party responsible for payment.
We DO NOT operate on a delayed payment process. Delayed payment can result in an additional late fee.

If someone with a valid ID can confirm the identity of the signer, we can confirm a signer's identity through that credible witness and should be able notarize needed document(s).
If there is no one with a valid ID to confirm the identity of the signer as a credible witness, we will be unable to notarize until a valid photo ID is available.

If item(s) for signature can be emailed to notarypro210@gmail.com, item(s) can be printed and delivered to the signer for signature.
Signer would need a valid photo I.D.

It depends on the document.
If possible, the original and copy will need to be presented to the notary for copy certification. The notary will stamp the copy to certify. Additional stamps are $10 each.
If the document copy cannot be certified, a certified copy affidavit is an option. This fill-in-the blank document CAN be notarized. Document copies that CANNOT be certified include:
birth or death certificates
marriage or divorce records
real estate deeds
court documents
government-issued vital records

The notary will need to witness any signature(s) in person. All other information can be completed prior to the mobile notary appointment.
No. We do not provide witnesses.
The notary can travel to multiple locations to notarize multiple signatures. Total price is based on total distance, time, signers, and stamps.
No. We do not provide e-notarization or online notarization services.
