credit + grades + Transcripts

BI will provide you with instructions on how to request your official transcript from their portal. Log in and request that it be sent to studyabroad@business.illinois.edu.

Your records officer will use the final Course Approval Form you submit to determine how the course will transfer to UIUC (grade, credit/no credit, and the course equivalency). 

Gies Business will send your transcript to the UIUC Office of the Registrar for processing. They will add the courses, credits, and grades to your permanent record. Please note that it could take up to three to six months for your final grades to appear on your DARS.
