• Coordinated the whole working team to ensure the smoothness of the event.

• Contacted the shortlisted potential collaborators to join the event.

• Successfully secured 10 collaborators with each contributing human power and ideas for the event.

• Drafted the viral message which then is shared with the IIUM community.

Role: Facility and Food Crew

• Efficiently served food to more than 200 students for an Iftar event.

• Coordinated the food serving process by making a floor plan.

• Ensure the cleanliness of the event place.

TA'ARUF WEEK MAINBOARDS

Role: Head of Welcoming and Baiah Ceremony (WEBCY) Committees

• Controlled approximately 2500 new intake students in the event

• Planned the design and decorated the hall for the main event with the help of 15 team members.

• Led the rehearsal for the Welcoming and Pledge Recitation Ceremony for the new intake students.

Role: Head of Closing and Baiah Ceremony

• Coordinated 200 students, movement from one place to another.

• Conducted the rehearsal for the closing and pledge recitation ceremony.

• Constructed the emcee script for the whole event which went on for 4 days.

STUDENTS COORDINATION COMMITTEE (SCC)

Role: Decoration Team

• Surveyed the event and drafted the design to be presented to the Program Manager.

• Efficiently delegated the task to team members.

• Improvised the decorations needed to suit the budget given.

LANGUAGE WEEK | HIJRAH AND MALAYSIA DAY

Role: Decoration Team

• Liaised with the Program Manager on the expected design and theme

• Communicated and negotiated with the financial controller on the budget needed.

• Coordinated the team action plan to ensure every team member is on track of time.

Role: Preparation and Technical Crew

• Surveyed a suitable place to conduct the event which is spacious enough for more than 50 participants.

• Monitored the safety and well-being of the participants.

• Coordinated the PA system management to ensure every piece of equipment is complete.

Role: Special Task Crew

• Worked as an on-the-run crew and supported any divisions that need hands.

• Prepared the registration and evaluation form for the participants

• Planned the team-building activities for the event.
