CSS Boot Scootin Boogie, AKA Cinnamon, is a cow eating machine. She is my main mare when it come to cattle work. She is big, stout, brave, and has laser focus when it's time to get down and dirty moving and sorting cows. Galloping through holes, rocks, and washouts doesn't phase her in the least, she's excellent on her feet and knows where to put them. Cinnamon is tough and gritty, always willing to cover ground. She is not a dead head and has some fire to her, yet is directable and honest. It's not uncommon to see her during the winter snorting puffs of smoke and parading around with her tail in the air. She is half Funquest-bred on her sire's side, proudly Morgan in both looks and in the can-do attitude the breed is known for. She has been raising foals the past few years, but will re-enter the work force after weaning her 2025 foal. She started off 2023 with a beautiful, carbon copy red dun colt (NorthSky Silver Scooter), who was retained to be my main ranch gelding. In 2024 she had a big, bay dun colt (NorthSky Gunsmoke) who currently resides in Tennessee, and foaled a BIG bay colt (NorthSky Tomahawk) June 16th of 2025.

NorthSky Raindropsonroses, AKA Rosie, was my first home-raised filly that I intended to keep as a broodmare prospect. She has the softest, sweetest personality and much like her full brother Scout, she lives for head cuddles and nose squishes. She has a lot of natural try and is almost too smart for her own good. She has the DREAMIEST gaits and knows how to work those legs! The cutest country jog, the floatiest trot, a butter-smooth lope, everything she does looks effortless. Including some pretty impressive Lipizzaner-like moves when she is really feeling her oats. Since Rosie is only a long yearling, she has spent pretty much all her time growing and maturing with the mare band, and will do the same again this year.
NorthSky Kitty Joe, AKA Jojo, is the third and final sibling of the Dollar x Primavera cross, and I think they were saving the best for last. This cross produced three exceptional babies, all on track to being better than their parents. Jojo from day one had something special and has somehow kept the perfect balance between substance and refinement. She is a curvy lady with a petite face and has the moves to match! She was a late summer foal and was only recently weaned, but she has been taking everything in stride and has a very lively yet forgiving nature. She is very extroverted and sassy, yet doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She views all humans as her best friends and is always asking for nose squishes (just like her siblings).
