Are you a performer that is already booked to perform? Please ensure you have submitted the following to dallas@nehda.org:

1. Completed W-9 (get a fillable w-9 here)

2a. IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE, please send a copy listing the City of Syracuse, 412 Spencer St, Syracuse, NY 13204 as an additional insured.

2b. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE we will ask you to sign a waiver when you arrive at the festival

Parking

Parking is available for vendors in the following places:

Paralell parking on many of the streets near the festival.

Small parking lot just North of Isabella behind the Keegan-Osbelt-Knight Funeral Home.

Small Parking lot on Division just East of N Salina st, sign says "Exclusives Parking Only" but they won't be open at this time.

Lower Parking lot for Dunkin' Donuts at N Sate st and E Division St.
