Tickets:
Adult Meal Value: $12 (Green Ticket)
Kid Meal Value: $6 (Blue Ticket)
Drink Value: $5 (Yellow Ticket)
We will pre-pay Food Vendors $1,200 ahead of the event.
At the end of the event please have your staff count the tickets and bring them in the provided bag to Dallas so the number can be confirmed. We will have your check for you for your balance within 10 days.

your health permit
your tent permit (if needed)
Your insurance, listing the following as an additional insured:
