We are not a CPA firm or law firm. Services do not constitute legal or tax advice unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Review financial reports for accuracy
  
  

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  
  

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees are outlined in written proposals or service agreements
  
  

• Payment is due according to agreed billing schedules
  
  

• Late payments may result in suspension of services
  
  

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information obtained during the engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, reports, and content created by Northern Alaska Consulting & Bookkeeping remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
  

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services during the prior six (6) months
  
  

7. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, funding awards, audit results, or regulatory approvals.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any active service agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
