Troubleshooting--Since computers can be troublesome at times, we can have a couple backup plans we have problems connecting at your appointed lesson time. First plan is for you to call me or text to 269-350-4020 for technical support. Second plan is for you to email a message if the connection doesn't take. Also, if you have never used Skype, you should try it first. There is a test call on the Skype app or try to Skype a friend.
