Task No.2. Influence of Packaging on the Taste Properties of Kefir (the task prepared by the company UAB „Rokiškio pieno gamyba‟, one of the largest industrial enterprises in Utena. There are three main workshops in the production of Rokiškis milk: a workshop for the production of butter, dried dairy products, and fresh dairy products, which produces short-lived products such as drinking milk, yogurt, kefir, sour milk, etc.).

Task No.3. Influence of Water Quality Properties on Beer Production (the task prepared by the company UAB „Švyturys-Utenos alus“. Utena brewery is one of the largest breweries in the Baltic States. Products produced in Utena brewery: beer, cider, alcoholic cocktails, drinking water, and non-alcoholic beer. All the main components of brewing - water, malt, hops, and yeast - must be of the highest quality).
