1) What to Expect

STEP 1: Your Package Arrives

Your medication will arrive in a sealed, purple mailer

STEP 2: Open the Package

Inside, you will find:

- Medication enclosed in a protective container
- Kit (syringes/alcohol swabs & patient education)

STEP 3: Open the Container

The container contains:

2 Ice Rods
Your medication (located in black bag with prescription label)*

*Do NOT throw the black bag away

STEP 4: Storage

Place your black bag in the refrigerator immediately after opening
Remember to store your vial inside the black bag to protect your medication from light

2) Designed to Be Reused - Not Thrown Away

Unlike traditional insulated mailers and ice packs, your new packaging is intended to be reused in everyday life.

Ways patients are using their container:
