Make sure your butter is super cold! This will ensure the buttery, flakiness of your pie crust! If your butter is too warm or you handle the dough too much, the butter may melt inside the dough cause the dough to lose some of that wonderful flakiness you are aiming to achieve! But, don't fret too much! Just follow our recipe and you'll be just fine! If it doesn't turn out the first time, you always can try again! (It will still be delicious!)
