Whether you pick-up or have your order delivered to your doorstep, your dessert will be packaged in a 100% biodegradable box and cake board. (For frozen desserts, packaging may be different. Please visit this page to learn more.) We ask you to please compost or recycle the boxes and boards. Remember to remove the plastic window of the box and throw it away prior to composting. Please place your dessert orders at least 48 hours before the desired pick-up or delivery date. This period is crucial so I can accurately process your order and provide you with a quality dessert! While I may occasionally make exceptions, this is generally a strict policy. Rarely, I may be unable to fulfill the order by the desired date if I am already overloaded with orders. In this scenario, I will likely suggest an alternative date and keep in touch with customers. Though, unlikely, if I am too overwhelmed with orders, they will be fulfilled on a "first come, first serve" basis. I apologize for any inconvenience! 

Please note: I cannot make some desserts due to fragility or susceptibility to spoilage in a short time period. Unfortunately, some desserts are made to be consumed immediately and will quickly lose their magic, sometimes even after a few minutes! For this reason, I do not process these kinds of order and will instead recommend alternatives to satisfy your needs. Thank you for understanding!
