Delete Account

1. Delete Your Account

Users can permanently delete their NoFoodMedWaste account directly from within the app.

Path:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Before deletion, users will be asked to confirm their request.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When an account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• User profile information

• Food inventory records

• Medicine inventory records

• Shopping lists

• Activity history

• Impact history

• Household & Lifestyle profile selections

• Preferences and personalization settings

• Notification preferences

• User-generated inventory content

Once deletion is completed, this information cannot be recovered.

3. Data Retention

Certain limited information may be retained for a short period when required for:

• Security purposes

• Fraud prevention

• Legal obligations

• Technical troubleshooting

• Enforcement of our Terms and Conditions

Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be used for marketing purposes.

4. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.

In many cases, deletion may be completed sooner.

Once the deletion process is complete:

• The account is permanently removed.

• Associated personal data is deleted as described above.

• Access to the account is no longer possible.

• Deleted information cannot be restored.
