It was a really tight night race in Al Ain that ended with a second-place finish after a day long battle. In qualifying we were able to get pole position and even win the pre-final race. However, during the final, a miscalculated move from too far back for the lead didn’t work out and ended up costing us the win. Although it wasn’t a win on track, it was a strong day of performance that also saw me breaking the track lap time record ⏰

Double P2🥈🥈finishes after a strong weekend at Yas Marina Circuit.
Day 1 we showed decent pace and battled hard for P2 in the finals. Day 2 told another story after an incident in qualifying meant starting from the back of the grid. After making an overtake for the lead of the race in the Pre-Final, I was devastated to receive an engine failure that made me retire and start the final back in 12th. After a mega drive storming through the field, I came across the line in P2.

Podium again after an up-and-down Round 4! I had mixed results in qualy and heats on Saturday. My Pre-Final was also marred by an early incident that bent my chassis a bit. I raced hard in the long Final and kept close to the leaders most of the way. I finished P4 but took P3 due to a penalty ahead of me. Done with Dubai for rest of this season.

It was a solid showing for us in Dubai Kartdrome. Pace was decent all day, but we just didn't have the consistency to take the win. However, a good learning experience with takeaways for the next round.

Strong return to the UAE Rotax Max Challenge finishing P2 across the two days of racing. On day 1 I had a decent first half before a big crash after being in the lead led to a DNF (Did Not Finish) for the Pre-Final. In the Final though I managed to move up from last to 2nd.
Day 2 was much stronger though. I secured pole position in Qualifying and P1 in the Pre-Final! After a tough battle in the Final and after leading most of the way, I narrowly finished 2nd only 0.054 seconds behind the leader (twice as close as a blink of an eye).
