Rounds 7.1 and 7.2 Al Ain Raceway, UAE
It all came down to 2 final days of racing in Al Ain to end off the 2023-24 UAE RMC season.
Day 1 went our way with consistent finishes and a P3 finish in the finals. Day 2 was much more unfortunate after I was turned in on on lap 1 of the Heat and hit hard off the track in the Pre-Final which dropped me far down the field with damage in both.
In the championship standings I could only manage 4th and P2 in the ADSC Challenge after a very up-and-down season. The first half involved many unfortunate mechanical issues and heavy crashes that cost us results and points. Thankfully I had some better races in the second half, finishing well in the top 3, but not enough to secure P3 in the championship.

Rounds 6.1 and 6.2 Yas Marina Circuit Abu Dhabi, UAE
Felt great to be back on home turf at Yas Marina Circuit with a solid performance. It was tough battles all weekend within the top 3. I almost had a double podium weekend if it weren't for a silly penalty in the Final on day 2.

Round 5 Al Ain Raceway, UAE
Disastrous weekend in Al Ain as I suffered from severe issues with the brakes all race day. The unpredictable brakes led me into the wall at full speed in Qualifying and the Heat giving us some back of the pack starts. For the rest of the day I had to lift off a lot into corners to make sure I could make it to the end.

After a long break we returned to Dubai for Round 4 of the UAE Rotax Max Challenge! It wasn't the strongest of weekends considering being a few tenths of the pace. It still felt good to get back into a rhythm without having any major upsets like previous weekends.

Round 2 Al Ain Raceway, UAE
Very chaotic race day in Al Ain last weekend after numerous incidents š„
Qualifying was decent enough for P4, but I was involved in 2 incidents in the heat that put us down for the Pre-final. Straight out of turn 1 off the start of the Pre-final, two drivers ahead collided, spinning backwards leaving me nowhere to go and leading me to hitting one of them, flying out of the kart, and rolling through the gravel. Thankfully, though the chassis and engine had damage, I carried on to the final where another incident dropped me well down the order.

Overall a weekend to put behind and learn from but a big thanks to the team @brand_racing as always for the coaching and quick mechanical work to repair my kart after the crash.

Solid double podium across the two days of racing in Al Ain for the first round of the season.
On day 1 I was struggling from a weak engine and losing around 5kph by the end of the straights, but still managed to stay in the fight for the top 3. On day 2, the engine problems were solved, but unfortunate carburetor troubles caused me to not even set a lap in qualifying. The issues crept back in during the Final, causing me to lose P2 and have to settle for P3. Regardless, it was a good opening round with lessons taken away from it.

April 6th: participating in Round 4 of the Rotax Ranking event. I took P1 in all 4 races and took home the trophy, but I didn't earn enough points to place in the series championship.
March 2nd and 3rd: the season-ending doubleheader at the now very familiar Al Ain Raceway! Fighting for 3rd overall for the season.
February 17th and 18th: Round 6 on the short but challenging Yas Marina Circuit course! I drove a DD2 for the first time last year at YMC, but this time I'm in the championship hunt.
February 4th: Round 5 is back on Al Ain Raceway finally. It was supposed to be held on my local track at Al Forsan, but was moved at the last minute.
January 20th and 21st: for the first time I'm driving in the Dubai O-Plate, one of the biggest races of the season! Drivers from all over the world fly in to enter the competition.
January 13th and 14th: Round 4 brings me back to Dubai Kartdrome to kick off the 2024 races. Cool mornings and warm afternoons will make this a challenge.
November 19th: Round 3 in Al Ain on a modified quicker course. After my wild Round 2 a week ago after a promising practice day, I am eager to show what I can do!
November 12th: Rotax Round 2 in clear and sunny Al Ain. I love driving this time of year in UAE with cooler temps and clear air.
November 12th and 19th: I have two races in two weeks. My kart will be in great condition with a new engine installed. I'm out of 2nd place by just one point!
October 7-8th: I was in Al Ain UAE for the season opening doubleheader! 2 days, 8 races, two podiums!
October 2023: I am super excited to FINALLY get back on the racing grid on October 7th. New team, new kart, new suit, new category, same goals as always.
