Previous ARC &Recommendations:

01/23/24: ARC voted to grant conceptual approval with details to be worked out at Staff level. The ARC agreed that:

• The columns at the front elevation looked too skinny and were missing details.

• The columns at the front elevation should be rectangular.

• Transoms should be added at side elevation doors to make all the header heights align.
