Apply for Tutoring Services

In 3 easy steps, you can sign your student up for NNTS tutoring services.

1. Fill out the Tutoring Registration Form + Contract BELOW

• This will include both Parent and Student information

• Give any additional info about student that the tutor should know

3. Book your tutor and set your reoccurring schedule

• Once your contract and registration fee has been received you will be provided a electronic link to choose your schedule according to our available time slots listed

• Please note, that all scheduling sessions are booked at a reoccurring rate of $30/hour and will not be refunded. Missed sessions may be rescheduled but payment is accepted regardless of circumstance until prior notice has been received that your scholar is unenrolling from our program. Payments for sessions are due prior to service being rendered

• No refunds

REGISTRATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE): $40.00 per student.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Session fees are due prior to tutoring services being rendered.
