Cross Country

Boys & Girls 6th, 7th and 8th 

•  Practice for both boys and girls begins on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

• Athletes should meet in the wooded area next to Orchard View Elementary. If raining, meet in North Lobby of the middle school entering Door 26.

• Bring practice clothes and running shoes for the first practice. 

• Starting August 7th, practice will be from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• Practice on August 8, 2023 will end early at 5 p.m. to accommodate the parent meeting.

• All physical forms and other documents are on file in the NMS Athletics office by registering through Final Forms.
