Temporary Nurse Aide course offered through UNM-Taos in Spring and Summer 2020 semesters

I wanted to let you all know that we have created a 1-credit online course at UNM - Taos that incorporates the approved online training for Temporary Nurse Aides with wrap-around tutoring and support for enrolled students. Our nursing assistant instructor, Michele Marien, and adult education specialist, Ellen Butler, will assist students with web navigation, tutoring, additional resources, and remediation for the required end-of-course exam (50 questions, must be passed with a 80%).

The course is open enrollment, so students who want to start right away (4/27) would register for Spring 2020 semester. There is also an option for Summer 2020 if they want to start 6/1 or later. It is self-paced.
