No owner in possession of a housing unit shall perform any exterior maintenance, painting, repair, replacement or restoration without obtaining prior written approval of the proposed maintenance (including color schemes) from the Board of Directors of the Association. Any such work done without approval of the Board of Directors may be redone by the Association at the expense of the owner.
To request Board approval for any exterior maintenance, restoration, or additions to your home, send an email to <nmftahoa@gmail.com> with specific details about your project including measurements, color schemes, materials and drawings. Some other examples of maintenance/repairs would include, but are not limited to, replacement or restoration of concrete work, guttering, decks, patios, fencing, windows, and doors, etc.
