My name is Farzana Ehetasum Hossain. I am a final year PhD candidate in Dr. Ana Calvo's Lab. I conduct research in fungal genetics to determine novel genes that influence fungal development, secondary metabolism, and virulence in plant and animal infections. Outside of academics, I enjoy gardening, reading, and cooking.
