By downloading, installing, or using Night Watch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app, or uninstall it.

These terms and the Privacy Policy together are the conditions for using the app. Distribution, payment, and refunds on Google Play follow Google’s rules at the time.

1. The service

Night Watch is a portrait, single-player, turn-based deck-building game with Chinese folklore themes, offered on Google Play for Android. You play a night watchman across ten acts:

• Start as one of Watchman, Constable, or Hunter

• Light reachable map nodes and step onto them; the night road only moves forward

• In combat, read the foe’s next intent, spend energy to play cards to attack or defend, then end the turn

• You may hit strange events, rest sites, and shops; after a fight or a boss you pick one card or relic from three

• Hit points carry to the next fight and are not refilled on victory; if they reach zero, that run ends; beating the tenth-act boss is a clear

The current production version is free to download, with no account, no ads, and no in-app purchases. Gameplay, stages, values, and random outcomes are as shown in the app. There is no multiplayer, chat, leaderboard, or user-uploaded content.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to play on your device under these terms. This is not a sale of the software.

2. Age and content

The game includes cartoon / fantasy combat, defeating opponents, and folklore / supernatural settings such as deserted villages and old temples. It is not designed for children. We recommend players 16 and older. Users under 13 should not use the app.

Follow the content rating shown on Google Play. Do not give a false age to the store or to us in order to install or play.

3. In-game items, randomness, and saves

Gold, cards, relics, powers, and other items exist only inside the app. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not gambling. The shop spends gold earned in that run; rewards are a local choose-one-of-three, not a paid loot box. This version does not sell random paid boxes and has no real-money trading.

Run progress stays on the device for Continue. It may be lost if you uninstall, clear app data, if the device fails, or after an update. The operator does not promise that a save can be moved to another device or restored. There is no cloud save and no cross-device sync.

The collection remembers cards and relics this device has seen and is kept across runs. Starting a new run clears that run’s deck and hit points, not the collection. Music and sound-effect toggles also stay only on the device.

4. Your responsibilities

You must not:

• Use the game for unlawful activity

• Disrupt the app, the support inbox, or the site we use to publish these terms

• Use cheats, unauthorized mods, automation, or edited local saves to interfere with play (for example changing hit points, gold, the deck, or random outcomes)

• Reverse engineer or decompile the app to build a competing product, except where the law requires that you may

• Use the game, characters, stages, cards, or relics commercially without permission

• Treat the production build as a vehicle for distributing modified copies, or bypass store signing

• Impersonate the operator or other users

Developer / debug tools exist only in browser debug builds. They are not in the Google Play production build. Do not expect us to ship add-card, add-relic, or skip-stage tools in the store version.

5. Intellectual property

Software, text, audio, art, and other content in the production release are owned by Quanzhou Chimu Culture Media Co., Ltd. or legitimate licensors. You may not use them commercially without permission.

The name Night Watch, package name com.slaughternightwatch.game, and store icon, feature graphic, and screenshots identify this app. These terms do not grant you other trademarks of the operator or of Google.

Engine, fonts, and third-party components that are licensed for commercial use (including CC0 audio and effects) remain under their own licenses.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for device compatibility, controls on form factors we have not optimized (including PC clients), lost saves, indirect or incidental damages, or harm from your breach of these terms or misuse of your device.

The game is meant to be demanding. We do not promise that any run can be cleared, or that a given character, card, or relic combination will win.

Where consumer-protection or personal-injury law is mandatory, those rules prevail.

7. Changes, interruption, and termination

We may update the app or these terms (for example more acts, balance changes, or bug fixes). Using the app after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will appear in store release notes or the effective date at the top where practical.

Old saves may not load after an update. We will try not to wipe progress without reason, but we do not guarantee that every update can read the previous version’s save.

We may pause, limit, delist, or end the app for operations, law, or store requirements. After that, you should stop using it and uninstall. Whether local data remains is up to your device and is not an obligation for us to keep providing the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of People's Republic of China, Quanzhou, Fujian, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in People's Republic of China, Quanzhou, Fujian have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law says otherwise.
