App name: Night Watch
Android package name: com.slaughternightwatch.game
This policy describes how Quanzhou Chimu Culture Media Co., Ltd. handles information related to the Google Play app Night Watch. By downloading, installing, or continuing to use the app, you confirm that you have read this policy. If you do not agree, stop using the app and uninstall it.
This is product copy based on the current game, not a lawyer’s opinion. If a later version adds ads, in-app purchases, accounts, cloud saves, or analytics, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety form before shipping it.
1. What this game is
Night Watch is a portrait, single-player, offline turn-based deck-building roguelike. You play a night watchman: over ten acts you pick routes, handle strange events, build a deck, and fight each act’s boss.
In the current production version:
You choose one of three identities at the start: Watchman, Constable, or Hunter. Differences come from unique powers and hit points, not from an online profile
We do not ask you to register an account with us. There is no login, leaderboard, chat, or multiplayer
Run progress, collection, and sound settings are not uploaded to our servers
No ads, no in-app purchases, and no first-party analytics SDK
The night road only moves forward; you cannot go back. Hit points carry into the next fight and are not refilled on victory. If hit points reach zero, that night watch ends
Installing from Google Play is still subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. That is the store’s processing. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
2. What information we handle
2.1 Game data stored only on your device (not used to identify you)
To let you continue an unfinished night watch, see the collection, and remember sound toggles, the app stores the following only in on-device storage:
Data
What it contains
Purpose
How it is stored
Run progress
Chosen character, current act and map nodes, deck and hand, relics you hold, gold, hit points, unfinished combat / shop / event / reward screens, this-run battle log text, and internal state needed so loading a save keeps the same random outcomes
The Continue action returns you to the night road where you left
On-device storage; written about every two seconds and when the app goes to the background
Collection
Identifiers of cards and relics this device has obtained or seen
Marks “owned” in the collection
On-device storage; kept across runs; starting a new run does not wipe it
Sound settings
Music on/off, sound effects on/off
Remembers the Settings toggles
On-device storage
This information is not uploaded to the operator’s servers. We do not use it to identify your name, phone number, Google account, or advertising ID. The battle log is only for you to review what happened in that run on this device. It is not a public feed and other players cannot see it.
The title screen, defeat screen, and victory screen have no resumable run. After a run ends, run progress is no longer used for Continue; collection and sound settings stay on the device.
Uninstalling the app, or clearing the app’s storage in system settings, deletes everything in the table above, usually permanently. The in-game “Data and cache” page currently does not delete saves or the collection by itself, and there is no “clear cache only, keep progress” button. Do not treat “clear app data” as cache-only.
2.2 Information you send us on purpose
If you email xmtool8@gmail.com, we will use the address and message you send only to reply to that request. You do not need to email us to play or to continue a run.
2.3 What we do not collect
The current version does not request or read:
Name, phone number, national ID, contacts, or precise or approximate location
Photos, camera, microphone, or SMS
Payment information (there are no in-app purchases; in-run gold cannot be cashed out)
Google account data, cloud saves, Play Games achievements, or leaderboards (the app does not use Play Games Services)
Advertising IDs for ads or tracking (the app has no ads)
You do not need to give us an email address to play.
3. Purpose, method, and retention

Only as long as needed to handle that request, unless the law requires longer
We follow data minimisation: we do not collect extra identity data to run this offline night watch.
4. Sharing, sale, and disclosure
In the current version, the operator:
Does not sell personal information
Does not share on-device game data with advertising or analytics companies
Does not upload saves, collection, or settings to our servers and then give them to third parties
The following are not us “handing your night-watch save to a third party,” but you should know:
Google Play may process account, device, and install data under its own policies for distribution, updates, ratings, and device compatibility. We cannot turn off the store’s basic functions.
The app may use the network to open this policy, the terms of use, and similar https:// pages. Opening those pages does not upload your save, collection, or settings.
We may disclose information if a competent authority lawfully requires it, to the extent the law allows.
We do not use on-device saves for advertising profiles or cross-app tracking.
5. Third parties and SDKs
The app runs on Android with the Cocos Creator engine. This repository currently does not include an ads SDK, payment SDK, crash-analytics SDK, login SDK, or Play Games Services.
If we add an SDK later, we will name it in this policy (provider, data types, purpose, and its privacy policy link) and update Data safety before release.
6. Device features
The game may use a short vibration as feedback for playing a card or taking a hit. You can turn related options off in system or in-game settings where available.
The app is designed for portrait phones. Play Games on PC or other form factors we have not marked as optimized may play poorly. That does not change how Section 2 storage works.
7. Children
The game includes cartoon / fantasy combat, defeating supernatural foes, and folklore settings such as deserted villages and old temples. It is not directed at children under 13 and is not an educational or casual toy for children. We recommend players 16 and older. Also follow the content rating shown on Google Play.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent believes a child sent us personal information, email xmtool8@gmail.com and we will delete it from that correspondence.
There is no account system, so the app cannot complete child identity checks by itself. Please do not help a child use this app.
8. Your choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, copy, correct, or delete personal information we process, and to withdraw consent, restrict processing, or complain.
For this game, the practical paths are:
What you want
How
Stop using the app
Uninstall it
Delete run progress, collection, and sound settings
Uninstall, or clear the app’s storage in system settings. This version has no “cache only, keep save” control
See whether we keep identity data
We do not store identity data on our servers. The device only has run progress, collection, and sound settings
Handle personal data in a support email
Email xmtool8@gmail.com; we will handle it after we can verify the request
There is no “delete my game account with us” control, because there is no account and no cloud save. Manage your Google account or Play install history in Google’s own settings.
Under Google Play Data safety, game data that stays on the device and is never sent off-device is not “collected” or “shared.” Section 2 lists that data so you know what is on the phone, not because we transmit it.
9. Security and cross-border transfer
We match safeguards to what the product actually does: we do not send saves to our own servers, which reduces transfer and central-storage risk on our side. How safe local storage is depends on your device and OS.
We do not ourselves send personal information out of your country. Whether Google Play processes install or account data across borders is governed by Google’s policies.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The new effective date appears at the top. If how we handle data changes in a material way (for example off-device collection, accounts, or in-app purchases), we will tell you through in-app notices, store release notes, or a new consent, as the interface and law then require.
Use the latest effective date on this page.
