Pipette System

For this project, we had 3 main deliverables:

• A design for a pipette system that features a linear guide system
• Engineering drawing for a custom part
• A brief presentation for a design review

These were the criteria that I distilled and designed to:

1. Design Requirements - 200 mm x 200 mm working space, 100 mm vertical clearance
2. Ease of transport: Self Supporting and Stable
3. Ease of Disassembly
4. Minimize Cost: Reduce # of linear guide rails
